Issue 1: Data Centers

Issue 2: Raising Taxes

Issue 3: Investing in the District 

In FY 2025, starting July 1, 2024 and concluding on June 30, 2025, the current members of the House of Delegates in District Four only brought back $175,000 to their district. In the same year, Delegates for District Three brought back almost $12,868,000 (Source: https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Budget/BondInitiatives). District Four needs delegates who will fight for their district, not simply show up to clock in at a job.

Jerry will fight for more funding for District Four's residents. These funds will help support critical projects in Frederick County, including the redevelopment of Brunswick High School, followed by new high schools in Middletown and Walkersville. To fund these and other key projects for the district, residents need state partners who will do their share. 

 

Issue 4: Representation That Works for You

When Jerry ran to join Frederick's first County Council in 2014, he did it because he wanted to help improve his community by investing in schools and parks, building sidewalks, protecting resident health and safety, and protecting our ecosystems. He won't compromise his integrity for a campaign - all campaign donations are from individuals, not corporations or PACs.
